I believe in the power of using technology to build relationships. Relationships with learners. Relationships with colleagues. Relationships with clients.

I have spent the last five years creating immersive digital learning experiences for diverse audiences. In that time, I have developed academic courses, training scenarios, and interactive e-learning modules. Each of these products have enabled learners to acquire skills in carefully crafted digital environments utilizing the latest research in learning and design theory.

I believe it is imperative to tailor instructional materials to individual and group needs in order to solve problems innovatively and effectively. Collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders in conjunction with learner assessments enable me to determine the best plan to help team members meet goals and gain experience in safe learning environments.

To create effective learning tools, I maintain a working knowledge of current learning theories and design principles as well as modern authoring tools such as Articulate360 and Vyond. By utilizing the latest software in conjunction with iterative design models such as ADDIE and SAM, I am able to create unique experiences for clients and learners.

I design products that appeal to diverse audiences by utilizing careful branding of fonts and colors, appealing layouts and animations, and relevant information provided by experts. I then combine these elements to develop unique scenarios that train learners to make effective decisions. I enjoy applying gamification, branching scenarios, and knowledge assessments to enhance e-learning modules.

I leverage my years of practice to develop interactive products for clients. Finding unique digital solutions to meet the challenges of training people to increase efficiency, promote safety, and gain new skills is what I live for.
